HE Watt Botkosal, Deputy Secretary General of Cambodia National Mekong Committee attended the International Workshop on Monitoring and Implementing International Standard Procedures on Modernization Procedures.  On the infrastructure of the National Water Resources Data Management Center for Cambodia Water Sector highly efficient, organized by the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology.  The Workshop was chaired by HE Chan Sinath, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology and Director of PMU-ADB and WB MOWRAM, with the participation of Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen from all subordinate units of the Ministry and senior officials as representatives from relevant ministries and institutions, representatives of development partners and banks, through Video Conference, VC from Rumduol meeting hall of the Ministry.
