His Excellency So Sophort, Secretary General of Cambodia National Mekong Committee chaired the National Consultation Meeting on the updated Joint Environment Monitoring (JEM) Programme and with the participation from relevant line agencies such as Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, Fisheries Administration, Tonle Sap Authority, and Cambodia National Mekong Committee.

The objectives of the meeting are:

1. Discuss the updated JEM Programme Version 5; and

2. Compiling national line agencies’ perspectives for the finalization of JEM programme and further integration into the MRC Core River Monitoring Networks (CRMN) Project.
