Phnom Penh: HE Long Saravuth, Deputy Secretary General and Mr. Chheang Hong, Director of the Information and Knowledge Management Department of the National Mekong River Commission of Cambodia were interviewed by Mr. Heinz Habegger, International Expert and Hydrologist and currently he is working at the Mekong River Commission Secretariat.

The Interview’s aim is to have a good understanding of the processes and the flow of information across all levels in order to have the result of analysis could seed light on how the MRC could enhance forecasting and early warning systems both nationally and regionally in support of member countries.
