Stung Treng: Excellency Te Navuth, Permanent Vice-Chairman and Excellency So Sophort, Secretary General of Cambodia National Mekong Committee (CNMC) attended as honorable guest in the Official Opening Ceremony of the Upper Mekong Aquatic Animals Production and Research Center which was presided over by Excellency Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF).

The Ceremony was attended by the Management of MAFF, Representatives of Ministry of Finance and Economy, CNMC, World Bank, Provincial Authorities and Departments of Stung Treng, Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Kratie, Ratanak Kiri and Mondul Kiri Provinces and other relevant stakeholders.
