Vang Vieng: HE Mr. Hak Socheat, Deputy Secretary General of the Cambodia National Mekong Committee (CNMC), led the Cambodian delegation includes Mrs. Dom Thach Deputy Director of Planning and International Cooperation Department of Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, Mr. Ou Sophanna Director of Administration and Financial Department, Mr. Sin Samnang Director of Personnel and Human Resources Development Department and Mrs. Touch Vanlorklene Officer of Administration and Financial Department of the Cambodia National Mekong Committee to participate a regional meeting on the Gender Handbook and Gender Action Plan. This meeting organized by the MRC Secretariat with the participation of delegates from MRC member countries (Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam) and key officials of the MRC Secretariat.

The purpose of the meeting was to review, discuss and provide additional input from the previous national meetings of member countries to finalize the draft Gender Handbook.
