Kampong Cham: H.E Mr. Te Navuth, Permanent Vice-Chairman of Cambodia National Mekong Committee (CNMC), chaired a national meeting on a project proposal to Global Environment Facility on Restoration  of Shared River Basin for 9C-9T sub-basin. The participants in this meeting from Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Public Works and Transport, Ministry of Economic and Finance, Ministry of Rural Development, Tonle Sap Authority, MRCS staff, National Consultant, international Consultants, and some officials from the CNMCS.

The Objective of the meeting is to : (1) present GEF International Waters Joint Project Identification Form and its components, (2) discuss opportunities for STAR contribution and (3) discuss the next steps to support a GEF application.
