Hunan Province: On September 11-12, 2023, HE Sok Khom, Deputy Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the Mekong National Committee, joined the Project Implementation Team for Cambodia led by HE Vath Bot Kosal, Deputy Secretary General of  General Secretariat of the National Committee of the Mekong River Commission of Cambodia Director of Administration of the Secretariat of the Mekong River Commission and Chairman of the Project Implementation Working Group for Cambodia  Test techniques and enhance the capacity of urban wastewater treatment and public participation in environmental protection "in order to exchange experiences of project implementation in Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and China and promote the achievements of the project.  Implement 2019-2023 and discuss the continuation of future cooperation.

On September 14, 2023, continued to participate in the International Forum on "Sustainable Use and Green Development" with the aim of exchanging relevant experiences and knowledge and implementing the Sixth SDG and the modernization of ecological protection.
