On September 28, 2023, HE Long Saravuth, Advisor CNMC,​ accompanied by HE Kim Seiha, Deputy Secretary General of CNMC and officials of the Information Management Department And Knowledge of CNMC Meeting to review and comment on the draft Memorandum of Understanding on Cambodia-Vietnam on Cooperation in the Field of Disaster Risk Reduction and Response to Establish Cooperation Mechanisms and Promote Shift the field of disaster management, jointly address issues related to transboundary disasters effectively and bring more benefits to the people of the two countries.
