Mekong Integrated Water Resources Management Program (M-IWRM) is a regional Series of Project (SOP) supporting Lao PDR, Cambodia, Vietnam, and the Mekong River Commission (MRC). Following the first phase (Lao PDR and MRC which refers to as M-IWRM1)
