Phnom Penh: Excellency Mr. So Sophort, Secretary General of Cambodia National Mekong Committee attended the Third Meeting of the National Council for the Sustainable Development via Video Conference which was presided over by Excellency Tin Ponlok, Second Chair of the National Council for the Sustainable Development and Secretary of State of Ministry of Environment, high representative of Excellency Mr. Say Sam Al, Chair of the National Council for the Sustainable Development and Minister of Environment in order to review and discuss:

1) Draft Sub-decree on Rules and Procedures for Participation in Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reduction Mechanisms,

2) Draft Code of Conduct on Research and Agendas for Research, and

3) Update on Composition of Inter-ministerial Technical Working Groups.
