National Workshop on Joint Environment Monitoring’s Integrated Data Analysis, Reporting and Sharing (September 22, 2021)

H.E So Sophort, Secretary General of Cambodia National Mekong Committee chaired national workshop on Joint Environment Monitoring’s Integrated Data Analysis, Reporting and Sharing and participated from national monitoring team of line agencies such as Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, Tonle Sap Authority, Fishery Administration, and Cambodia National Mekong Committee.

The objectives of this national workshop will let the national teams:

• Become familiar with the data that has been collected between October 2020 to June 2021 in each of the JEM disciplines

• Introduce the national teams to structure and databases of each discipline

• Explore the data and analyze for themselves the implications of the changing parameters associated with the operation of hydropower dams and impoundments and

• Suggestions from the national JEM teams will be made for further analysis and use of combinations of the results from different parameters.
