Membership

The Cambodia National Mekong Committee is consisted of 17 key Government Ministries and Institutions, they are:

     1.      Cabinet of the Council of Ministers
     2.      Ministry of foreign Affairs and International Cooperation
     3.      Ministry of Interior
     4.      Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology
     5.      Ministry of Environment
     6.      Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries
     7.      Ministry of Public Works and Transport
     8.      Ministry of Mines and Energy
     9.      Ministry of Planning
   10.     Ministry of Rural Development
   11.     Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction
   12.     Ministry of Tourism
   13.     Ministry of Economy and Finance
   14.     Ministry of Women Affairs
   15.     National Committee for Disaster Management
   16.     Council for Development of Cambodia
   17.     Tonle Sap Authority

The above outlined Ministries and Institutions are the key implementing and cooperating agencies within the Mekong River Commission working framework to contribute to promote the effective management and sustainable development of the Mekong River Basin.
