Phnom Penh: Excellency So Sophort, Secretary General and Mr. Ou Sophanna Director of Administration and Finance Department of Cambodia National Mekong Committee, participated in the meeting to discuss the 2022 Budget Plan at the level of ministry institutional leaders through Video Conference chaired by the co-chairs of the delegation between Excellency Sin Vuthy, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology and Excellency Chan Sothy, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
