H.E. Mr. Te Navuth, Permanent Vice-Chairman of Cambodia National Mekong Committee co-chaired and lead the National Final Consultation meeting on Pilot study for Channel Dredging for Waterway Improvement in Bassac River, Cambodia For the Application of MRC Transboundary Environmental Impact Assessment Guidelines and with the participation from relevant line agencies such as Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Public Work and Transport, Ministry of Planning, Fishery Administration, and Cambodia National Mekong Committee.

The objectives of meeting are:

1- Discuss and get feedback on results of the impact assessment

2- Discuss about the completion of the pilot study implementation and

3- Identify keys lesson learnt from implementation of the project.
