Phnom Penh: Excellency Mr. So Sophort, Secretary General of Cambodia National Mekong Committee was nominated to attend the online course of Second Cohort on “Leadership and Innovation Program” and the Launching Workshop for this online course was held on 26 October 2021 under the presidency over by H.E Mr. Prum Sokha, Minister of Civil Service and Senior Representatives of the Australian Embassy, European Union and the World Bank in Cambodia. 

This online course designed for the senior officials at the rank of Secretary-Generals, General Inspectors, Director Generals or at the similar ranks and Governors of Municipality and Provinces, which begins from October 2021 by the Open Learning Campus (OLC) and Webinars.
