Phnom Penh: HE Watt Botkosal, Deputy Secretary-General of the Cambodia National Mekong Committee, and Mr. Kim Seiha, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and International Cooperation of CNMC, participated in an inter-ministerial meeting to review and discuss the contents of the draft Agreed Minutes of the 19th Meeting of the Cambodia-Vietnam Joint Commission for Economic, Cultural, Scientific and Technological Cooperation. In attendance were representatives from 27 Ministries and institutions, including Lok Chumteav Dr. Soeung Rath Chavy, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, who presided over the Meeting. During the meeting, participants reviewed and discussed the inputs, and it was agreed that the Draft Minutes should be sent to the Vietnamese side for review and approval.
