Phnom Penh: H.E Te Navuth, Permanent Vice Chairman of Cambodia National Mekong Committee (CNMC), H.E So Sophort, Secretary General of the CNMC and Mr. Ou Sophanna, Director of the Department of Administration and Finance Department of CNMC joined with the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology and the Tonle Sap Authority at the second meeting of the National Public Administration Reform Committee through Video Conference (Zoom) , who led the participation by H.E Dr. Sin Vuthy, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology and Chairman of the National Public Administration Reform Working Group of the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology.

This Meeting was attended by all relevant ministries and institutions and the Capital and Provincial Administration, and chaired by His Excellency Prum Sokha, Minister of Civil Service and Chairman of the National Public Administration Reform Committee.

This 2nd Meeting of the National Public Administration Reform Committee presented and jointly discussed and commented on (1) the draft document of the National Program for Public Administration Reform, 2022-2035 and (2) the Civil Service Management System and Payroll of the Ministry of Civil Service.
