Kep: Excellency So Sophort, Secretary General of the Cambodia National Mekong Committee, chaired  the Training Workshop on the MRC Operational Manuals on Administration, Finance, IT Procurement and Human Resource Management  which are attended  by National Coordinators and Assistants and relevant staff of the CNMC General Secretariat and presented by the MRC Secretariat team led by Mr. Watt Kosal, Director of Administration Division.

The objective of this training workshop is to provide the officials of the CNMC General Secretariat with opportunity to get more understanding on the four updated MRC Operational Manuals which have been revised and updated based on the recommendations of the EU Pillar Assessment, Internal audit and through lessons learned from the past implementation and approved by the MRC Joint Committee at its 53rd Meeting in April 2022 . It aims at ensuring the effective implementation with transparency, accountability, responsibility, efficiency and effectiveness.
