Kampong Cham: His Excellency So Sophort, Secretary General of National Mekong Committee chaired National Consultation Workshop on PIF Enhancing transboundary fisheries management in the Lower Mekong Basin and with the participation from relevant line agencies such as Ministry of Environment, Fisheries Administration, Tonle Sap Authority, IUCN, Cambodia National Mekong Committee, and MRCS.

The objectives of the workshop are:

1. To present, discuss and get feedback from CNMC and relevant line agencies on the PIF Enhancing transboundary fisheries management in the Lower Mekong Basin;

2. To introduce the project documents to Cambodia GEF committee; and

3. To discuss on the next steps.
