National Working Session to Discuss the Draft Concept Note for the 4th MRC Summit (March 31, 2022)

Kampong Cham: Excellency So Sophort, Secretary General of the Cambodia National Mekong Committee (CNMC), led a national working session to discuss the draft Concept Note for the 4th MRC Summit and International Conference in 2023, Lao PDR. The meeting was attended by officials from relevant ministries, institutions and key staff of the CNMC General Secretariat.

The objective of the meeting was to inform and discuss the first draft of Concept Note, including: Theme, objectives, programmes, expected outputs of the Summit and the Program  of International Conference to be Held together in 2023, Lao PDR.

As a result, the meeting reviewed and provided inputs to the draft concept note for further revision by the MRC Secretariat and then to be further consulted by the MRC Joint Committee Working Group to be scheduled at the end of April 2022.
