Regional Training Workshop on Conceptual Groundwater Modeling Development(August 18-19, 2022)

Hanoi: Mr. Chheang Hong, Director of Information and Knowledge Management Department, Cambodia National Mekong Committee (CNMC), led a Cambodian Working Group from Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology and Ministry of Rural Development to participate the Regional Training Workshop on Conceptual Groundwater Modeling Development. The Workshop was organized and facilitated by representative of the MRC Secretariat, with participation of the countries’  Working Group, USGS Advisors and the MRC Secretariat team.

The Workshop’s objectives are to provide guidance for the national ground water experts/consultants from each member country on developing the conceptual ground water model for two transboundary aquifers in the LMB and to discuss the draft outlines of the aquifers report and regional report.
