Phnom Penh: H.E So Sophort, Secretary General of Cambodia National Mekong Committee chaired national consultation meeting on Management Plans for Priority Environmental Assets of Regional Importance and by requesting participation from key line agencies and other stakeholders  such as Ministry of Environment, Tonle Sap Authority, Fishery Administration, National Focal Point of the Global Environment Facility, National Designated Authority for the Green Climate Fund and Cambodia National Mekong Committee.

The objective of the meeting will discuss on the proposed approach, methodology and template to developing new or updated management plans for priority environmental assets of regional importance.
