Phnom Penh: on August 11, 2023, Working Group of CNMC General Secretariat led by H.E Hak Socheat, Deputy Secretary General, met with the Water Resources Expert Group of the ChangJiang River Scientific Research Institute (CRSRI), Changjiang River Water Resources Commission of China, led by Mr. Zeng Xiang, Department Chief Engineer of CRSRI. The four experts team also inspected the project site of two water purification equipment provided by the Changchiang River Research Institute in Ang Sleng pagoda in Sleng village, Chrey Las commune.
The meeting discussed on the implementation of the demonstration project activities on rural dringking water supply in the community of Sleng village in Chrey Las commune, Ponhea Leu district, Kandal province as well as discussed on the continued cooperation and future support under the Mekong-Lancang Special Fund Project between the Cambodia National Mekong Committee with the Changjiang River Water Resources Commission of the People's Republic of China.
