California, USA, August 14-18, 2023: His Excellency Mr. So Sophort Secretary General of Cambodia National Mekong Committee and Mr. Nguon Vichet, Director of Projects and Programmes of Cambodia National Mekong Committee and delegates from MRC Member Countries and MRCS participated in the exchange visit between MRC-Mississippi River Commission with the aim at exchanging the best practices and lessons learned from the Mississippi River Commission on the changing flow regime, sediment, salinity intrusion, plastic pollution, climate change, and transboundary river governance between the USA and Mexico, and NASA Satellite-based monitoring and forecasting capabilities.
