Training Workshop on the MRC Operational Manuals on Administration, Finance, IT Procurement and Human Resource Management (September 20, 2022)  Kep: Excellency So Sophort, Secretary General of the Cambodia National Mekong Committee, chaired the Training Workshop on the MRC Operational Manuals on Administration, Finance, IT Procurement and Human Resource Management which are attended by National Coordinators and Assistants and relevant staff of the CNMC General Secretariat and presented by the MRC Secretariat team led by Mr. Watt Kosal, Director of Administration Division.
