Excellency Minister Thor Chetha, Chairman of the Mekong River Commission (MRC) Council chaired the 30th Meeting of the MRC Council and the 28th Meeting of the Development Partner Consultative Group

Cambodia hosted the 30th Meeting of the MRC Council and the 28th Meeting of the Development Partner Consultative Group on 24 November 2023 in Siem Reap Province and the Meetings were attended by the Ministerial Delegations of the MRC Member Countries (Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam), Representatives of Development Partners, Dialogue Partners (China and Myanmar, Regional and International Organizations and the key staff of the MRC Secretariat. The Meetings were chaired by His Excellency Thor Chetha, Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology, Chairman of the Cambodia National Mekong Committee, Chairman of the MRC Council for 2023.
