Inception Workshop of the Project Implementation on Water Quality Monitoring and Floods and Drought Assessments (May 06, 2022)  Phnom Penh: The Cambodia National Mekong Committee (CNMC) organized the inception workshop of the project implementation under the special fund of Mekong-Lanchang Cooperation 2020 on Water Quality Monitoring and floods and drought Assessments for the Mekong River in Cambodia and the establishment information center. Meeting to Discuss the Draft Sub-Decree on the Access and Benefit Sharing on Genetic Resources (May 6, 2022)
Phnom Penh: H.E Watt Botkosal, Deputy Secretary General of the Cambodia National Mekong Committee, was attended a meeting to discuss the draft Sub-decree on the Access and Benefit Sharing on Genetic Resources and the draft Sub-decree on Management of mechanisms to reduce greenhouse gas emissions organized by the Ministry of Environment at the Ministerial Meeting. His Excellency Tin Ponlok, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Environment, chaired the meeting, which was attended by representatives of Ministries and Institutions, as Members of the National Council for Sustainable Development, officials from the Ministry of Environment. MRC Expert Group Meetings on Strategies and Partnerships and Basin Planning (May 05, 2022)  Phnom Penh: Excellency Watt Botkosal, Deputy Secretary General of the Cambodia National Mekong Committee (CNMC) led the Cambodia National Working Group composed of relevant ministries, including officials from the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, Ministry of Planning Ministry of Economy and Finance, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Mines and Energy, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries, CNMC Secretariat, HE Advisor of CNMC, Technical Advisor attended the MRC Expert Group Meetings on Strategies and Partnerships and Basin Planning which organized by the MRC Secretariat via online (Zoom).
