1st Meeting of the Project Steering Committee (May 04, 2022)

Phnom Penh: Excellency So Sophort, Secretary General of Cambodia National Mekong Committee and Chairperson of the Mekong River Commission Joint Committee (MRC-JC) for 2022, as Member of the Steering Committee of the Triangular Cooperation Project on Sustainable Development in the Lower Mekong River Basin based on Water-Energy-Food Nexus, representing MRC attended the First Meeting of the Project Steering Committee through Video Conferencing. The Meeting reviewed and discussed: i) Progresses of Project Implementation made for the Fourth Quarter of 2021 and the First Quarter of 2022; ii) Challenges encountered during the course of Project Implementation; and iii) Project’s Planned Activities for the remaining Quarters of 2022. 53rd MRC Jonit Committee Meeting (April 26, 2022)

Siem Reap: The 53rd MRC Jonit Committee Meeting was chaired by Excellency So Sophort, Secretary General of the Cambodia National Mekong Committee, MRC JC Member for Cambodia, Chairperson of MRC JC for 2022, and attended by a delegation of MRC JC members from Cambodia, Lao PDR, Thailand and Vietnam, and MRC Secretariat officials, participants in hybrid Meeting with Cambodia and Lao PDR delegates as well as MRC Secretariat officials in person and Thailand and Vietnamese delegates via video conference.
