4th Regional Meeting of the Strategy and Partnership Expert Group (September 07, 2021)  Phnom Penh: HE Watt Botkosal, Deputy Secretary-General of the Cambodia National Mekong Committee (CNMC), led a Cambodian working group consisting of HE Pich Dun, Advisor of CNMC, HE Kol Vathana, Deputy Secretary-General of CNMC, and Directors of related Department of CNMC attend the 4th regional meeting of the Strategy and Partnership Expert Group via video conference. The participants were from MRC Secretariat, officers from MRC member countries (Cambodia, Lao PRD, Thailand, and Vietnam) and representatives of development partners.
