Mr. Chheang Hong, Director of IKM Dept and National Coordinator for TD and Mr. Sin Samnang, Director of PHRD Dept of Cambodia National Mekong Committee, led and coordinate a Drought team to observe the status of the Drought’s existing stations located in provinces of Kampong Chhnang, Takeo and Prey Veng with participation of Mr. Khum Vanny, Technical Staff of Hydrology and River Works Dept. of Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology and Regional expert from the MRC Secretariat. National Meeting to Review and Fill the Questionnaire on the Establishment of the Mekong Navigation Data and Information (September 06, 2021)
Phnom Penh: HE Watt Botkosal, Deputy Secretary General, CNMC, chaired a national meeting to review and fill the questionnaire on the establishment of the Mekong Navigation Data and Information Management Systems, with the participation of officials representing relevant Ministries and institutions, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Public Works and Transport and some officials from CNMCS. Interim Reporting Workshop of the MRC-KDI 2nd Knowledge Sharing Program (September 06, 2021)
Phnom Penh: H.E Long Saravuth Deputy Secretary General of Cambodia National Mekong Committee has been jointed to Interim Reporting Workshop of the MRC-KDI 2nd Knowledge Sharing Program 2020/21 through Videoconference Cambodia working group comes from Department Hydrology and River Work and Department of Meteorology/Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, and Cambodia National Mekong Committee. The workshop aims to present outcomes of the research by the Korean experts and local consultants for each of the Program’s four topics. Participants will also discuss policy recommendations and necessary modifications needed for the Program.
