Discussion on Sustainable Development under the "Belt and Road Initiative" (June 30, 2021)  Phnom Penh: H.E Mr. Te Navuth, Permanent Vice-Chairman of Cambodia National Mekong Committee (CNMC), participated in the Discussion on Sustainable Development under the "Belt and Road Initiative" of China for the Countries along the Mekong River, which is organized by the Cambodia International Association for Commerce. The Discussion attended by the Chairman of the Cambodia-China Association for Commerce, Chairman of the Association of Cambodia-China Friendship, and the Representatives from CNMC, MoE and NCDM. Permanent Vice-Chair on behalf of Excellency Minister for Water Resources and Meteorology and Chairman of CNMC has informed on the Progress of the Regional Cooperation for sustainable development in the Mekong River basin which Cambodia takes part under the framework of MRC and LMC. Regional Consultation Workshop on 2019 Lower Mekong Water Quality Monitoring Report (June 29-30, 2021)
Phnom Penh: Cambodia working group have been participated the Regional Consultation workshop on 2019 Lower Mekong Water Quality Monitoring Report and the Refresher Training on monitoring and reporting requirements and was attended by Member Countries, and MRCS. Cambodia working group comes from Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, Ministry of Environment, and Cambodia National Mekong Committee. The Objective of the workshop: 1. 3rd National Working Group Meeting and Training on Flood and Drought Management (June 30 and July 01, 2021)  Phnom Penh: H.E Mr. Long Saravuth, Deputy Secretary General of Cambodia National Mekong Committee (CNMC), chaired the 3rd National Working Group Meeting and Training on Flood and Drought Management. In the Cambodia-Thailand border area with the participation of officials from relevant Ministries and institutions (MOWRAM, MAFF, MOP, MRD, TSA, MPWT, NCDM and MLMUPC), Officials from ICEM, GIZ, MRCS, national experts, international experts and Officials from CNMC, a total of 26 Persons (4 Females).
