Phnom Penh: Mekong River Commission Secretariat (MRCS) had organized the 3rd Meeting of the PNPCA JCWG on Prior Consultation Process for the Proposed SNHPP, presided over and leaded the discussion by Mr. Phonepaseuth Phouliphnah, Acting Secretary General of LNMC, and alternate Member of MRC-JC for Lao PDR., and Dr. An Pich Hatda, MRCS CEO and participated by the PNPCA JCWG from the MCs (Cambodia, Lao PDR., Thailand, and Viet Nam), the Specialists from MRC Secretariat, and the International Experts. The Meeting participants from Cambodia leaded by H. E. Mr. Kol Vathana, jointed by the Cambodian PNPCA JCWG Members from MOWRAM, MAFF, MME, MPWT, and MoE; CNMCS PNPCA WG of Members; and the National Consultants. Regional Consultation Meeting on the Revised Draft Report on Experiences and Opportunities for Coordinated Operating Rules (December 13, 2021)
Phnom Penh: MRCS has organized the Regional Consultation Meeting on the Revised draft “Report on experiences and opportunities for coordinated operating rules and cooperation arrangements on dam operations”, which was presided over and chaired by Mr. Bounttien Sanaxonh, Director of Planning Division, MRCS and participated by the Inter-ministerial Working Groups from the four MRC Member Countries, staff of the Planning Division of the MRC Secretariat, and the International Consultant. National Training on RAT-Mekong (December 13, 2021)
Kampong Cham: Cambodia National Mekong Committee organized a National Training on RAT-Mekong under the chairmanship of H.E Long Saravuth, Deputy Secretary General of CNMC with participation of representatives of relevant ministries and institutions. The Training was attended and introduced by representatives and experts from the MRC Secretariat and related partners via Video Conference.
