H.E Pich Dun, Advisor to Cambodia National Mekong Committee chaired and lead the expert group on environment management on JEM Pilot’s Finalization and Progress on the Inception for the a Core River Monitoring Network and was attended by member countries, MRCS, National and international consultants. Cambodia working group comes from Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, Ministry of Planning, Fishery Administration, Tonle Sap Authority, and Cambodia National Mekong Committee.
