Stung Treng: Excellency Te Navuth, Permanent Vice-Chairman and Excellency So Sophort, Secretary General of Cambodia National Mekong Committee (CNMC) attended as honorable guest in the Official Opening Ceremony of the Upper Mekong Aquatic Animals Production and Research Center which was presided over by Excellency Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF). The Ceremony was attended by the Management of MAFF, Representatives of Ministry of Finance and Economy, CNMC, World Bank, Provincial Authorities and Departments of Stung Treng, Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Kratie, Ratanak Kiri and Mondul Kiri Provinces and other relevant stakeholders....

Regional Training on Satellite Observations and Tools for Reservoir Monitoring in the Mekong Region (August 09-11, 2022)  Bangkok: Mr. Meak Charvannary, Deputy Director of Information and Knowledge Management Dept. of CNMC, lead the Technical Working Group from MoWRAM, Ministry of Mine and Energy, and the CNMC General Secretariat to attend the Regional Training on Satellite Observations and Tools for Reservoir Monitoring in relation to Enhance Flood and Drought Management in the Mekong Region. The Training is organized and facilitate by the SERVIR Mekong program collaboration with the University of Washington and University of Houston with participation of representatives of the Member Countries’ technical experts, international Consultants from USAID, ADPC, SEI, and MRC Secretariat team.
