Phnom Penh: Excellency Mr. So Sophort, Secretary General of Cambodia National Mekong Committee was nominated to attend the online course of Second Cohort on “Leadership and Innovation Program” and the Launching Workshop for this online course was held on 26 October 2021 under the presidency over by H.E Mr. Prum Sokha, Minister of Civil Service and Senior Representatives of the Australian Embassy, European Union and the World Bank in Cambodia. 7th Regional Meeting of the River Basin Planning Expert Group (October 26, 2021)  Phnom Penh: HE Watt Botkosal, Deputy Secretary General of the Cambodia National Mekong Committee (CNMC), led a Cambodian team consisting of HE Pich Dun, CNMC Advisor. HE Long Saravuth Deputy Secretary General of the CNMC Director and Deputy Director of the CNMC General Secretariat and Technical Advisor, representatives of relevant ministries and institutions, including the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Mines and Energy, attended the 7th Regional Meeting of the River Basin Planning Expert Group via video. The meeting was organized by the Mekong River Commission Secretariat and consisted of a working group of member countries, international experts, Chinese representatives, Myanmar representatives and MRC Secretariat officials. The meeting proceeded to review and finalize the draft concept document of the Proactive Regional Planning document and to review the draft Term of Reference to support the implementation of the regional proactive plan....
